1. Rental Package & Condition
All items included in the DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro Complete Rental Kit must be returned complete and in the exact same condition as received. Ensure the waterproof case is used for any underwater recording.
2. Requirements & Claims
Renter must be at least 18 years old and provide 2 valid government IDs, a selfie holding the same IDs, and an emergency contact. Only the registered renter may claim and return the equipment. All provided information must be accurate.
3. Payments & Deposits
Advance bookings require a 30% non-refundable reservation fee (deducted from total). Full payment and the ₱1,000 refundable security deposit must be settled before release. Deposits are refunded after inspection, minus any deductions for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or late returns.
4. Late Returns
Rental duration is strictly based on the agreed release and return time. A 1-hour grace period is provided. Late returns are charged ₱100 per hour after the grace period. Extended delays may be charged as an additional full rental day.
5. Damage & Liability
The renter is fully responsible for the camera and all accessories. Any damage, loss, theft, or missing items will be charged based on repair or replacement cost. Tampering, opening, or modifying the equipment is strictly prohibited.
6. Data Privacy
The renter is responsible for backing up their files. The SD card may be formatted after every rental. Personal IDs and info are collected securely and solely for identity verification, rental security, and equipment recovery purposes.
